This round was spearheaded by Bertelsmann India Investments, with continued support from existing investors such as Accel, Bain Capital Ventures, and Hara Global. JSA Advocates and Solicitors played a critical role in advising Swish during this fundraising endeavor.
The legal expertise for this transaction was provided by Siddharth Manchanda, a Partner at JSA, who was instrumental in leading the process. He was ably supported by Martin Mathews, a Senior Associate, and Aishwarya Deshpande, an Associate. Notably, Siddharth Manchanda also led the initial Series B fundraising for Swish earlier this year.
