Trilegal, Verist Law, TT&A, and Duane Morris Orchestrate Kanohar Electricals' ₹1,055 Crore IPO

Kanohar Electricals Limited has successfully raised ₹1,055.7 crore through its initial public offering (IPO), comprising both a fresh issuance of equity shares and an offer for sale by the K Sons Family Trust, the promoter selling shareholder. The IPO also featured a pre-IPO sale, in which the promoter selling shareholder divested equity shares amounting to ₹200 crore to select long-term investors.

Trilegal provided legal counsel to Kanohar Electricals for this IPO. The transaction was spearheaded by Partners Richa Choudhary and Murtaza Zoomkawala, supported by Senior Associate Rainika Malhotra, along with Associates Rajat Chauksey, Pallavi Vuppu, and Manya Sharma.

Verist Law represented the K Sons Family Trust, the promoter selling shareholder, in this IPO endeavor. Meanwhile, TT&A advised the book running lead managers, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited. This team was led by Partner Abhinav Kumar, with contributions from Managing Associate Shubham Sancheti, Senior Associates Ayana Banerjee and Abhishek Iyer, and Associates Akshita Sharma, Keshav Yadav, Yash Bhandari, Nadiya Murshed, and Chinmaya Jain.
