Yash Raj Films Private Limited (YRF) has strategically invested in Rusk Media Private Limited, marking a significant move in the entertainment sector. This investment aims to develop original animation and vertical micro-drama intellectual properties (IP) tailored for Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
TMT Law Practice played a crucial role in advising YRF through this investment. The law firm provided comprehensive guidance on the transaction’s structuring, diligence, and documentation. Under this collaboration, YRF will oversee the creative direction for the original animation and vertical micro-drama IPs.
