Utsav App Secures ₹36 Crore in Series A Funding

Utsav App, a Kolkata-based platform catering to spiritual and devotional services, has successfully raised ₹36 crore through a Series A funding round. This financial milestone was led by Atomic Capital, with additional support from prior investors IndiaQuotient and Equanimity Investments.

In this significant fundraising endeavor, Xander Law Associates provided legal counsel to Utsav App. Meanwhile, NovoJuris Legal offered its expertise to IndiaQuotient, one of the existing investors in Utsav. The NovoJuris team, comprising Senior Associate Vishnu Sudarshan and Associate Manish Krishnagiri, was instrumental in the transaction, with Managing Partner Sharda Balaji offering strategic insights.
