Capri Global Capital Limited, operating under the name Capri Loans, has successfully issued $300 million in 7.55% fixed-rate senior secured notes, which are set to mature in 2029. This issuance is part of its $1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme and marks the company’s inaugural foray into offshore dollar bonds. These notes will be listed on India INX and NSE IX in the GIFT City, broadening Capri Loans’ market reach.
