Karamtara Engineering Limited has successfully launched an initial public offering (IPO) raising ₹875 crore. This capital influx includes a fresh issuance of 26,574,803 equity shares and an offer for sale of 7,874,014 equity shares by the existing shareholders.
The esteemed law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas provided legal counsel to Karamtara Engineering for this IPO. The transaction was spearheaded by Partner Anshul Roy, who was supported by a proficient team comprising Principal Associate Radhika Pandey, Senior Associate Esha Gupta, and Associates Arikta Shetty, Anomitra Debnath, Janhavi Deshmukh, Chinmay Jhumde, and Jahnavi Seethamraju. Senior Partner Yash J. Ashar offered strategic guidance throughout the process.
On the other side, Trilegal advised the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) for the IPO, which included JM Financial Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and IIFL Capital Services Limited. The transaction was led by Partner Vinay Sirohia, with the assistance of Counsel Saurav Das, Senior Associate Shashwat Raj Solanki, Associates Kohsheen Saraf, Sanath Rajesh, Jasmine Manekshaw, and Trainee Associate Pratik Basistha.
