Since 1997, Kapur has been at the helm of JSA’s Infrastructure and Regulatory practice. His expertise spans various sectors including energy, with an emphasis on power, energy transition, and renewables, as well as environmental issues, focusing on climate change. His work also encompasses transport, communication, municipal infrastructure, development projects, public procurement, and public-private partnerships.
Kapur’s extensive portfolio includes advising governments and developmental financial institutions such as the World Bank, PPIAF, and ADB. He has also provided guidance to competition and sector regulators, alongside major corporate clients including the Adani Group, Reliance ADA Group, Tata Group, Essar, SembCorp, MB Power, Bajaj Energy, CLP, and Torrent.
