Quick-commerce startup BazaarNow has successfully secured ₹75 crore in a fundraising round spearheaded by Peak XV Partners. Notable participation also came from existing investors, Whiteboard Capital and Antler, along with several angel investors.
Argus Partners played a pivotal role in advising BazaarNow and its founders throughout this fundraising process. The transaction team from Argus Partners was led by Jitendra Soni, a partner at the firm, and included Senior Associate Sadia Akhter, as well as Associates Samia Haider and Abhirami Retheev. The firm also extended its expertise to advise existing investors Whiteboard Capital and Antler, with a dedicated team led by Partner Ankit Guha, supported by Senior Associate Keshav Seth and Associate Amruth Rao.
BazaarNow is innovating the quick-commerce sector by crafting a platform specifically designed for Tier II and Tier III cities in India. The company aims to cater to these regions by focusing on local assortments, regional preferences, and everyday grocery needs.
With this fresh infusion of capital, BazaarNow plans to further its expansion strategies, enhance its technological framework, and boost supply chain capabilities. The funding is expected to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory across key markets.
