Renowned law firm TLH Advocates & Solicitors played a pivotal role in advising VoltSeal throughout this fundraising process. The firm provided expert guidance on drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the definitive transaction documents. The transaction team from TLH was spearheaded by Partner Prateek Batra, with substantial support from Senior Associate Mayank Labh, Associate Vanshika Gupta, and Associate Rishit Bhushan Srivastava.
