Renowned law firm, JSA Advocates & Solicitors, played a pivotal role in advising JSW Green Mobility throughout the investment process. This transaction reached completion following the execution of definitive agreements and the fulfillment of stipulated conditions precedent.
JSA provided comprehensive support to JSW, encompassing the negotiation and finalization of critical documents. The transaction was spearheaded by Amitabh Sharma, a partner at JSA.
