Nidhi Khadria Strengthens JSA’s Corporate Practice as Mumbai Partner

Nidhi Khadria has joined the ranks of JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner in Mumbai, further enhancing the firm’s Corporate practice. A 2004 alumna of ILS Law College, Pune, Khadria brings nearly 22 years of experience in advising both domestic and international clients on intricate corporate transactions, strategic investments, governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial arrangements.

Khadria’s expertise encompasses a broad range of corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, fund structuring, debt financing, corporate governance, and large-scale commercial contracting. Her industry experience spans sectors including warehousing and logistics, healthcare, financial services, technology, and real estate. In these fields, she has been instrumental in guiding businesses through growth initiatives, risk management, and strategic transformations.

Prior to her stint at JSA, Khadria served as a Partner at Lex Consult for three years. Her career trajectory includes senior legal and leadership roles at LOGOS India, Matrix Partners India, and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), along with practice experiences at prominent Indian law firms like AZB & Partners and Trilegal.
