All Home Bharat Platform Private Limited has successfully secured ₹200 crore in a Series B funding round, spearheaded by Bessemer Venture Partners, with contributions from select family offices. This significant transaction was guided by Touchstone Partners, who provided strategic legal advice to AllHome.
The legal team from Touchstone Partners was led by Partner Pranay Bagdi, with Associates Rajvee Bavishi and Aniket Singh playing key roles in the process. Notably, Touchstone Partners also supported AllHome during their earlier Series A fundraising efforts.
AllHome, established by Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, Hardik Dedhia, and Siddharth Shah, who are former co-founders of PharmEasy, aims to revolutionize the architectural and interior design industry. The company is developing a technology-driven, comprehensive platform for home category products by collaborating with home improvement brands.
With the newly raised funds, AllHome plans to enhance its proprietary technology infrastructure, expand its experience centers, and advance its manufacturing capabilities. These steps are expected to further solidify AllHome’s position in the market as a leader in the home improvement sector.
