Daxko LLC, along with its affiliate, Daxko India Technology Solutions Private Limited, successfully acquired a complete stake in Grip Technologies Private Limited, known as FitnessForce. The legal advisory for this acquisition was provided by CMS INDUSLAW.

The legal team navigating this transaction was spearheaded by Rashi Bharadwaj, Partner at the firm, with significant contributions from Shivani Singh (Principal Associate), Chandresh Goyal (Senior Associate), and Mahak Agarwal (Associate).
