Legal Firms Facilitate Acquisition of Camascope by Person Centred Software

Person Centred Software, a leading provider of digital care solutions, has successfully acquired Camascope Limited, including its Indian subsidiary, Camascope India Private Limited. This strategic acquisition is set to enhance the integration of medication management with comprehensive care solutions.

DSK Legal’s Role in the Acquisition

DSK Legal, a prominent law firm, played a crucial role in advising Person Centred Software on aspects of Indian law during this acquisition. The firm was instrumental in conducting legal due diligence on Camascope’s Indian subsidiary, meticulously reviewing the Share Purchase Agreement, and assisting with various closing and post-closing activities.

The dedicated team from DSK Legal was led by Harvinder Singh, a Partner at the firm, who served as the lead engagement partner. He was supported by Manhar Gulani and Devika Rana, both Principal Associates, along with Associates Brijesh Ranjan Sahoo, Sumedha Tewari, and Shreya Khandelwal.
