Position Overview

ATS Infrastructure Ltd. is searching for adept legal professionals with a focus on litigation and drafting skills to enhance their in-house legal team. The roles available include Senior Manager Legal, Manager (Legal), and Deputy Manager – Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing criminal litigation across various judicial forums.
Handling cases related to the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Addressing labor law matters, including disputes, compliance matters, and representation.
Managing assorted litigation issues and liaising with external legal counsel.
Drafting comprehensive legal documents such as notices, replies, complaints, and written statements.
Coordinating with government authorities, police departments, and regulatory bodies.
Providing strategic insights and updates on ongoing cases and potential legal risks.

Eligibility and Experience

The ideal candidates will have robust drafting skills and a solid background in litigation. A preferred litigation background is advantageous. Required post-qualification experience (PQE) varies by position: Senior Manager requires 7+ years, Manager requires 5+ years, and Deputy Manager requires 3+ years. Experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector is considered beneficial.

Compensation

The offered remuneration can reach up to ₹14 lakhs per annum.
