RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Senior Associate specializing in Goods and Services Tax (GST) to join their team in Noida. This opportunity is open for one qualified professional with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Qualifications and Location
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.). The position is based in Sector 18, Noida, offering proximity to various legal and commercial hubs.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be entrusted with managing client relationships, drafting responses to legal notices, and preparing appeals and writ petitions related to GST law. The role also involves leading a team of 2-4 associates, with responsibilities extending to client litigation across India, including appearances before departmental authorities, Tribunals, and High Courts. The candidate must be flexible, available for occasional weekend work, and prepared to travel as needed.
Additional duties include coordinating with internal and external legal teams, preparing briefs for Senior Advocates, and assisting clients during departmental inquiries, investigations, searches, and audits. Handling a diverse client base, the associate will independently manage smaller clients, develop strong relationships with clients’ legal, tax, and finance teams, and identify potential opportunities for existing clients.
The role demands proactive networking within the firm to understand broader issues affecting clients and staying updated on the latest developments in GST law. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation, is crucial.

Compensation
