RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd is currently on the lookout for a dedicated GST Associate to join their team in Noida. They are offering two positions for this role, seeking candidates with a Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of three years and a completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree.
Job Location and Description
The positions are based in Noida, where the selected candidates will engage in a variety of responsibilities related to GST audits, assessments, refunds, advisory services, and litigation. This role demands the capability to build and maintain client relationships, draft responses to notices, and prepare appeals under GST law.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will be expected to manage both internal and external audits, particularly those conducted by the department under sections 65 and 66. They will lead assessment proceedings as per sections 61 through 64 and handle refund preparations under section 54, including those related to exports and inverted duty structures.
Further responsibilities include assisting clients during inspections and searches by the department, requiring strong calculative skills and proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as V-Lookup and H-Lookup. Familiarity with GSTR-1/3B/9 & 9C, and working knowledge of the GST Portal are essential.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and a proactive, reliable nature with keen attention to detail. Flexibility for potential weekend work and outstation assignments is also desired.
