In a significant financial maneuver, ideaForge Technology Limited has successfully raised ₹500 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of equity shares. This strategic capital infusion aims to bolster the company’s innovative capabilities, expand its product portfolio, and enhance operational execution.
Khaitan & Co played a pivotal role in advising ideaForge Technology, alongside lead managers JM Financial Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, throughout the QIP process. The transaction team from Khaitan & Co was spearheaded by Partners Gautham Srinivas and Sathvik Ponnappa, with assistance from Senior Associate Vaishnavi Gupta and Associates Anubhav Jaiswal, Sarvesh Sharma, Shambhavi Gautam, Vidushi Tanya, and Rishav Khetan.
On the international front, Hogan Lovells provided legal counsel to the lead managers. This aspect of the transaction was overseen by Biswajit Chatterjee, who serves as the Head of the India Practice and Managing Partner of the Dubai Office.
