Bengaluru Lease Acquisition
The Bengaluru acquisition involves an expansive office space measuring 58,189 square feet located in the prestigious Godrej Hebbal commercial building in Byatarayanapura Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North (Additional) Taluk.
Gurugram Lease Acquisition
In Gurugram, Gallagher Centre of Excellence LLP has secured approximately 40,252 square feet of office space within Block C, Building No. 8, at the prominent DLF Cyber City.
Pune Lease Acquisition
The Pune transactions include a cumulative office space of 34,965 square feet and an additional 10,936 square feet within the Gigaspace IT Park on Pune Nagar Road, Mouze Lohagoan. Furthermore, Gallagher acquired 76,721.5 square feet each on the 3rd and 4th floors of Tower 2, Bluegrass Business Park Building, Final Plot No. 3/3, Yerawada, Pune.
Khaitan & Co’s scope of work encompassed drafting and negotiating lease deeds, conducting thorough preliminary due diligence, and providing comprehensive end-to-end transaction support, covering execution and post-completion formalities.
