Over the span of her career, she has amassed a wealth of expertise in areas such as business transfers, joint ventures, public mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and debt transactions. Her proficiency extends to advising on intricate corporate governance issues, particularly those involving publicly listed companies.
In her previous role, Sukhwani provided legal counsel to Signature Global during the acquisition of Gurugram Commercity Private Limited, showcasing her capability in handling significant corporate transactions. Before joining Signature Global, she was with Trilegal for four years, where she played a pivotal role in several high-profile legal matters. Her professional journey also includes tenures at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and AZB & Partners, where she honed her skills and contributed to a variety of legal projects.
