His career spans nearly two decades, showcasing a robust portfolio in legal leadership and company secretarial positions across various high-profile organizations.
Mishra brings to the table extensive expertise in advising on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate legislation, trademark issues, and labor and employment matters. Furthermore, he is adept in managing litigation, governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
Before his tenure at Landmark Group, Mishra was the Head Legal and Company Secretary at Bajaj Consumer Care. His professional journey includes significant roles at renowned corporations, such as Mondelēz International, Michelin, GE Power, Vatika Group, and Mankind Pharma.
