For the India-specific aspects of this merger, Energage sought the expertise of DSK Legal. The law firm’s responsibilities encompassed conducting comprehensive due diligence on Engagedly’s operational framework within India. They also meticulously reviewed the Merger Agreement and facilitated the seamless closure of the transaction.
