Trilegal Assists PNG Jewellers in Securing ₹700 Crore via QIP

PN Gadgil Jewellers Limited has successfully raised ₹700 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP) involving the issuance of up to 11,494,252 equity shares. The esteemed law firm Trilegal provided legal counsel to PN Gadgil Jewellers, along with the placement agent, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, for this financial transaction.

The team responsible for this advisory role was led by Abhinav Maker, a partner at Trilegal, with significant contributions from senior associates Debarpita Pande, Maniya Goyal, Jayant Saxena, and associate Varda Saxena. Their expertise ensured the seamless execution of the QIP.

PN Gadgil Jewellers stands out as the third-fastest-growing jewellery brand among organized jewellery peers in India. It boasts a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 33.56% based on revenue growth projected between Fiscal 2023 and Fiscal 2026. As one of Maharashtra’s premier jewellery brands in the organized sector, it operates 77 stores across India, with 68 stores, or approximately 88%, located within Maharashtra as of April 2026.

The funds raised from the QIP are earmarked for expanding their retail footprint by opening new stores and addressing working capital needs, positioning the company for further growth in the competitive jewellery market.
