KKR has finalized the acquisition of the entire stake in Sahrudaya Health Care Private Limited, the parent company of Medicover Hospitals in India, from Medicover for approximately €1.2 billion. This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion for KKR in the Indian healthcare sector.
