Fox & Mandal has recently announced the addition of Prashaant Vikram Rajput to their team as a Partner in the Capital Markets practice based in Mumbai. With a law degree from Amity Law School, New Delhi, earned in 2006, Rajput brings a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in equity and debt capital market transactions.
Rajput’s expertise covers a diverse range of sectors, including defense, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable energy, hospitality, entertainment, mining, oil and gas, real estate, financial services, and banking. His comprehensive skill set enables him to assist clients through various stages of capital market transactions. This includes the initial public offering (IPO) process, right from the preparatory phase involving red flag identification and due diligence, to advising on post-listing compliance. Additionally, he has significant experience with follow-on public offerings, rights issues, qualified institutional placements, alternative investment market listings, business trust listings, American Depositary Receipts (ADR), Global Depositary Receipts (GDR), Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), and Singapore Exchange (SGX) medium-term note offerings.
Before joining Fox & Mandal, Rajput served as a Partner at Economic Laws Practice for two years. His career also includes tenures at other prominent law firms such as Link Legal, White & Brief, and Luthra and Luthra.
