Belrise Industries Limited is poised to expand its operations through the acquisition of Hyva (India) Private Limited’s India Tipper Body Business. Hyva India operates as a subsidiary of JOST Werke SE, a prominent player in the commercial vehicle sector.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors provided legal counsel to Belrise Industries for this strategic acquisition.
