Nxt-Infra Trust successfully executed an institutional placement, raising ₹700.15 crore through the issuance of units to institutional investors. The prestigious law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, provided legal counsel to Nxt-Infra Trust, along with the lead managers, NovaaOne Capital Private Limited and Ambit Private Limited, throughout this significant transaction.

The capital markets team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas was led by Partner Janhavi Manohar, with critical support from Senior Associates Saksham Khokhar and Ankesh Kumar. The team also included Associates Molika Agrawal, Sanjana Prasad, Monusha Nambiar, Aryan Pandey, and Maria Palamattom, who played pivotal roles in facilitating the unit issuance.
