JSA Guides Gelos Solren in Securing ₹875 Crore from EXIM Bank

Gelos Solren Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) under Mahindra Susten, is set to secure a significant rupee facility from the Export-Import Bank of India. The financing, capped at ₹875 crore, includes a letter of credit facility that can extend up to ₹600 crore as a sub-limit within the overall loan structure.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors have played a pivotal role in advising Gelos Solren throughout this financial transaction. The legal team was spearheaded by Partner Karan Mitroo, with expert assistance from Partner Purvi Dabbiru and Senior Associate Shantanu Awasthi.

Gelos Solren is primarily engaged in the renewable energy sector, focusing on the development of a hybrid wind-solar power facility located in Maharashtra. This project is part of a broader initiative to harness sustainable energy resources and contribute to the region’s energy supply.
