Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Limited has successfully procured 39 acres of land at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, earmarked for the construction of a new manufacturing plant. The transaction, valued at $100 million, was facilitated through the legal expertise of TT&A.
The advisory team from TT&A included Neville Golwalla and Gayatri Chadha, both serving as Partners, along with Associate Pranav Kandada. This strategic expansion is set to bolster Carrier’s production capacity, catering to both domestic and international markets. The facility will particularly focus on high-growth segments such as data centers, commercial real estate, and essential infrastructure projects.
TT&A, in conjunction with Paul Weiss and Avisen Legal, also played a critical role in Carrier’s acquisition of 75F Inc., demonstrating their extensive involvement in Carrier’s expansion strategies.
