The Alliance School of Law is excited to announce its upcoming 5th International Conference on Law and Social Transformation (ICLS 2026), centered on the theme: “Resolving Conflicts Sustainably: The Role Of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Advancing Global Development Goals.” This renowned event is designed to serve as a global forum for sharing knowledge among academicians, researchers, judges, arbitrators, mediators, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry experts, and corporate professionals.

Conference Objectives

The ICLS 2026 seeks to delve into the impactful role of arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, online dispute resolution (ODR), and related technologies in promoting sustainable development and enhancing access to justice. The conference aims to foster interdisciplinary collaborations that generate innovative scholarship and practical solutions to global dispute resolution challenges.

The conference is segmented into various tracks, each focusing on different aspects of ADR:

Participation and Submission Guidelines

Submissions are welcomed from academics, researchers, and professionals across various disciplines including law, management, public policy, AI, and more. Abstracts should be between 300-350 words and include key aspects of the research. Full manuscripts should range from 6,000 to 8,000 words. Submissions should adhere to the guidelines provided by Microsoft CMT.

Publication and Indexing

Selected papers will be considered for publication in the open-access conference proceedings by Atlantis Press, subject to editorial policies. Published papers will receive a DOI and be accessible globally through Atlantis Press’s digital platform.
