Dharmashastra National Law University to Host Corporate Law Summit 2026
The Centre for Corporate Law & Governance (CCLG) at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, is set to hold its second Corporate Law Summit on November 21-22, 2026. Conducted virtually, this esteemed event aims to gather prominent scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students to discuss and explore contemporary issues in corporate law.
Conference Highlights
Participants will engage in discussions revolving around the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) Amendment Act, 2026, and procedures such as the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Pre-packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PIRP). The event will include interactive sessions, panels, and case studies, offering a platform for insightful exchanges and innovative solutions to current legal challenges.

The summit welcomes students, academicians, and legal professionals. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, depth of research, clarity, and adherence to formatting and citation standards. Abstracts, limited to 300-400 words, should be submitted by September 20. Selected authors will be notified by September 25, and the final papers are due by October 30.
Registration and Awards
Registration fees are set at ₹2000 for professionals and ₹1500 for students, with payment details provided to selected participants. Prizes include ₹11,000 for the winner and certificates of merit for top submissions. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
