The process witnessed the proficient guidance of Economic Laws Practice (ELP), which acted in an advisory capacity to both TeamLease and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, the appointed manager for the buyback.
The intricate transaction was spearheaded by Geeta Dhania, a partner at ELP, alongside her adept team comprising Ridhi Jain, a Senior Associate, and Associates Anusha Agrawal and Shreya Prakash. Their collective expertise ensured a smooth execution of the share buyback, reflecting their proficiency in managing complex legal transactions in the financial domain.
