ELP Counsels Kajaria Ceramics on ₹296 Crore Equity Share Buyback

The renowned Kajaria Ceramics Limited has successfully executed a buyback of 21,50,000 equity shares, each valued at ₹1,380, culminating in a total transaction worth ₹296.70 crore. This strategic financial move was facilitated with the expert guidance of Economic Laws Practice (ELP), a prestigious legal advisory firm.

Kajaria Ceramics employed the specialized services of ELP along with Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, the designated manager for the buyback process. The transaction was expertly overseen by Geeta Dhania, Partner at ELP, with the proficient support of Ridhi Jain, a Senior Associate, and Associates Anusha Agrawal and Shreya Prakash.

Kajaria Ceramics, in conjunction with its subsidiaries, operates extensively in the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of tiles, adhesives, and bathware/sanitaryware products. This buyback is part of their strategic financial management to enhance shareholder value and streamline operations.
