Parul University is now accepting registrations for the fourth edition of its annual Inter University Moot Court Competition, Samvidhan Pe Charcha 4.0. This esteemed event, organized by the Faculty of Law at Parul University, serves as a pivotal platform for aspiring legal professionals to acquire practical legal skills by engaging with cases of constitutional importance.
The Purpose and Vision of Samvidhan Pe Charcha 4.0
The primary objective of this year’s competition is to foster an environment that encourages and promotes discussions on constitutional, administrative, and criminal law among undergraduate law students. It aims to enhance participants’ understanding of contemporary legal issues and deepen their knowledge of the law.
Important Dates
- 15 June 2026: Commencement of Registration
- 25 August 2026: Closing of Registration
- 15 September 2026: Last Date for Memorial Submission
- 24 September 2026: Reporting, Exchange of Memorials, Casting of Lots, and Researcher Test
- 25 September 2026: Preliminary and Octa Final Rounds
- 26 September 2026: Quarter Final and Semi Final Rounds
- 27 September 2026: Final Round, Prize Distribution, and Valedictory Ceremony
Prizes and Awards
Participants will have the opportunity to win cash prizes totaling ₹5,00,000, along with prestigious trophies and certificates. The awards include:
- Ever-Rolling Trophy + Winner Trophy + ₹1,75,000 + Certificate of Merit
- Runners Up Trophy + ₹1,25,000 + Certificate of Merit
- 2nd Runner Up Trophy + ₹80,000 + Certificate of Merit
- Best Mooter Trophy + ₹40,000 + Certificate of Merit
- Best Memorial Trophy + ₹40,000 + Certificate of Merit
- Best Researcher Trophy + ₹40,000 + Certificate of Merit
All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Registration Details
The registration fee for the moot court competition is ₹3,000 without accommodation and ₹6,000 with accommodation. Both fees are non-refundable.
