The Fairfax Group has successfully achieved merger control clearance from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the integration of Go Digit Infoworks Services Pvt Ltd into Go Digit General Insurance Ltd. As a result of this merger, Go Digit General Insurance will be the continuing entity.
