International Finance Corporation (IFC) has entered into a major financial arrangement, offering a US$ denominated, senior, unsecured loan facility of up to $500 million to the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). This loan is structured with a tenure of up to seven years, earmarked to support SIDBI’s financial activities.
