Pranav Constructions Limited has successfully raised ₹351 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares. This offering included both a fresh issue and an offer for sale by existing investors. Renowned law firm Trilegal provided legal guidance to Pranav Constructions throughout this IPO process.

Pranav Constructions, a leading player in the real estate sector, primarily focuses on redevelopment projects within the Western suburbs of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The IPO was met with significant interest, being oversubscribed by 126 times, and subsequently listed on the Indian stock exchanges at a remarkable 33% premium.
The net funds raised through the fresh issue are earmarked for repaying existing debt, covering redevelopment expenses, acquiring future redevelopment projects, and supporting general corporate purposes.
