Molshree Shrivastava has been appointed as the Head of Legal at Zeta, expanding her responsibilities to oversee legal functions not only for Zeta but also its affiliated entities, including Titan, Radix, and Finova. These companies are part of the entrepreneurial ventures led by Bhavin Turakhia.
Shrivastava, a 2014 alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, joined Zeta in 2024. Over the past two years, she has significantly contributed to the company and its associated entities. Her new role will see her leading legal efforts across the entire group.
In 2023, Shrivastava was recognized as a Chevening India Cyber Security Fellow, a prestigious program that provided her with the opportunity to engage in an intensive cybersecurity course in London. Her new responsibilities will involve collaborating with leadership teams across Zeta and its sister companies on strategic business initiatives, addressing technology and regulatory issues, managing corporate transactions, and overseeing product and commercial initiatives. Additionally, she will handle data and cybersecurity matters, along with other legal challenges arising from the group’s global operations.
Before her tenure at Zeta, Shrivastava was part of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. There, she offered legal guidance on various aspects of technology, data, cybersecurity, media, sports, and gaming from both commercial and regulatory viewpoints.
Commenting on her new role, Shrivastava stated, “Zeta and its group companies operate at the crossroads of technology, financial services, and ever-evolving regulatory landscapes. I am thrilled to lead the legal team during a dynamic period of growth and to tackle the complex challenges involving technology, data, and regulation.”
