Simant Satapathy’s Career Path and Expertise
Simant Satapathy, a 2018 alumnus of Symbiosis Law School in Pune, has been an integral part of Phoenix Legal for more than two years. His specialization lies in the realms of banking and finance, debt capital markets, and structured finance. Satapathy has provided valuable counsel to a wide array of clients, including both Indian and international banks, financial institutions, investors, and corporations. His extensive experience encompasses various financial matters, such as cross-border financing, commercial real estate financing, structured finance, securitization, overseas direct investment facilities, project finance, and acquisition financing.
Meera Murali’s Professional Journey and Specializations
Meera Murali graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi, in 2015 and has also been with Phoenix Legal for the past two years. She focuses on advising and representing a diverse range of clients, both domestic and international, in insolvency and restructuring matters. Her clientele includes prominent financial institutions, corporate conglomerates, committees of creditors, resolution professionals, liquidators, bidders, and resolution applicants. Murali’s practice is comprehensive, covering strategic advisory and intricate dispute resolution related to corporate insolvency resolution and liquidation processes.
