Arvind Limited, a prominent player in the Indian textile and apparel sector, has successfully raised approximately ₹500 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). This capital influx involved the issuance of 99,00,990 equity shares.

Leading the advisory team for Arvind Limited was CMS INDUSLAW, which provided comprehensive guidance on various facets of the QIP. This included the preparation and meticulous review of transaction documentation and offer materials, as well as addressing regulatory and securities law considerations pertinent to the issuance. The expert team from CMS INDUSLAW was spearheaded by Mathew Thomas, Partner, and included key contributions from Shambhavi Kumar (Principal Associate), Anjanesh Vatsa (Principal Associate), Aman Bahl (Senior Associate), and Kirti Gohil (Senior Associate), alongside Associates Khushi Dua, Preeti Gokhale, Anoushka Sud, and Anushka Pawar.

On the flip side, AZB & Partners and Duane Morris & Selvam rendered their advisory services to Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, who acted as the lead manager for this significant QIP.

The QIP saw full subscription by eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers, marking a successful capital raise that endows Arvind Limited with increased financial elasticity to bolster its growth objectives and strategic plans.
