Khaitan & Co took charge as the legal advisor for both Adventz Developers LLP and Nobilia India, providing comprehensive guidance throughout the transaction. Their responsibilities included structuring the joint venture, drafting and negotiating the terms, and executing the joint venture agreement along with supplementary agreements such as trademark license agreements, a marketing agreement, and a supply agreement.
