Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has finalized the acquisition of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH from Porsche Automobil Holding SE for a substantial €320 million. This significant transaction saw collaboration from top legal firms including AZB & Partners, Noerr, and Linklaters, each playing critical roles in advising the parties involved.

The Indian legal firm AZB & Partners provided counsel to TCS on this acquisition.
