Kedaara Capital has strategically invested $200 million in Tynor Orthotics Private Limited, acquiring a controlling interest in the company. This significant investment marks a new chapter for Tynor, aiming to enhance its market presence both domestically and internationally.
Tynor, a leading name in orthopaedic supports, mobility aids, and sports performance enhancement products, was represented by Trilegal in the transaction. Trilegal’s team provided comprehensive legal guidance to Tynor, its promoters, professional management team, and existing stakeholder Lighthouse Funds.
The transaction was spearheaded by Trilegal partners Amit Khansaheb, Vishruta Kaul, and Pratyush Singh, with vital support from Counsel Aayush Sood, Senior Associates Advaye Sawhny and Neha Koppu, and Associates Mukund Agarwal, Akshat Jain, and Rohan Tolani. Real estate law aspects of the deal were managed by Partner Rahul Arora, Senior Associate Yashasvi Gupta, and Consultant Shivek Jhanda.

With this new partnership, Kedaara Capital plans to collaborate closely with Tynor’s promoters, Dr. P.J. Singh and Mr. A.J. Singh, to further expand the brand’s footprint in India and international markets. Additionally, the investment will support the development of world-class manufacturing facilities, boosting Tynor’s production capabilities.
