Khaitan & Co and JSA Guide Augmont in ₹825 Crore IPO

Augmont Enterprises Limited has successfully raised ₹825 crore through its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares. The IPO comprises a fresh issue totaling ₹620 crore and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders amounting to ₹205 crore.

Khaitan & Co played a pivotal role in advising Augmont on this IPO. The transaction was spearheaded by partners Abhimanyu Bhattacharya and Thomas George, with support from Principal Associate Prathiksha Panduranga and associates Tharun Vadlaptla, Sanjeev Ramakrishnan, Lakshmi Raj C, Shreya Shetty GR, and Shishir Mani Tripathi.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors provided legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers—Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited, JM Financial Limited, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited.
