Her earlier career includes associations with Khaitan & Co., Kochhar & Co., and Link Legal India Law Services, where she notably led the project finance practice.
Nidhish Mehrotra, Managing Partner at ANM Global, expressed enthusiasm about Maheshwari’s appointment, stating, “Jyoti brings a unique blend of transactional experience and an in-house perspective on legal and regulatory issues within financial services. Her expertise, particularly in payments, digital businesses, and regulatory matters, aligns perfectly with the strategic direction of our practice. We are delighted to welcome her as we continue to expand our Corporate, Fintech & Regulatory Advisory services.”
Upon joining ANM Global, Maheshwari remarked, “My dual experience in private practice and in-house roles has shown me how swiftly commercial decisions can evolve into regulatory challenges, especially in the financial services and technology sectors. ANM Global’s expanding corporate and fintech practice provides an ideal platform to integrate these perspectives. I look forward to collaborating with the team and advising clients on transactions, innovative business models, and the accompanying regulatory considerations.”
