Triumvir Law has announced the appointment of Akshit Mago as a Partner at its New Delhi office. Mago, an alumnus of Amity Law School, Delhi, graduated in 2017 and holds an Advanced LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University. With nearly a decade of expertise in dispute resolution, Mago brings a wealth of experience from both New Delhi and London.
His legal practice spans a wide array of areas, including commercial, construction, insolvency, and civil disputes, as well as arbitration-related court proceedings. He is adept at handling cases for interim measures, setting aside, and enforcement of awards. Mago has represented a variety of companies and multinational corporations in sectors such as aviation, energy, infrastructure, and hospitality. He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and numerous arbitral tribunals both domestically and internationally. His experience includes arbitrations conducted under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and UNCITRAL Rules.
Before joining Triumvir Law, Mago served as Counsel at Unum Law. His legal journey began at the Offices of Ashish Mohan, where he focused on commercial litigation and arbitration. He later advanced his career in the Chambers of Sandeep Sethi, Senior Advocate, as Counsel, and subsequently worked with Three Crowns LLP in London, a firm renowned for its international arbitration practice.
