Alok Sinha Takes on New Role at FedEx India
In a significant move within the corporate legal sector, Alok Sinha has been appointed as the Managing Director – Legal for FedEx India. A 2012 alumnus of CMR Law School in Bangalore, Sinha brings a wealth of expertise, with nearly 15 years dedicated to the field of legal practice. His areas of specialization include litigation management, regulatory and statutory compliance, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating complex business agreements. Sinha has also played a critical role in supporting transformative business projects and ensuring legal compliance in technology-driven operations.
Before his new role at FedEx, Sinha spent over 12 years honing his skills at Hindustan Unilever, where he held various in-house legal positions. His extensive experience there has equipped him to oversee the legal functions at FedEx India effectively. In his new capacity, Sinha will spearhead the legal department, working closely with business leaders to facilitate and support FedEx’s strategic growth initiatives within India.
