Karan Topiwala, a distinguished corporate lawyer, brings to the table over eight years of experience. His career trajectory has seen him contribute significantly at prominent firms such as JSA, Bharucha & Partners, and IndusLaw. Topiwala’s expertise spans various sectors, including capital market transactions, general corporate law, and private equity advisory.
Bharat Mordani, who embarked on his legal journey in 2015, is recognized for his specialization in capital markets. Mordani has honed his skills over seven years at AZB & Partners, where he worked until May 2026. Before joining AZB, he gained valuable experience at JSA.
In a discussion with Bar & Bench, the founders shared their vision for Ananta Partners, stating, “Capital market transactions can be extremely demanding, and what corporate clients truly need is a legal partner who provides steadfast support through every phase of the deal. While large tier-1 firms offer substantial resources, their structural constraints can sometimes limit the day-to-day personal support required by clients, especially those outside the largest deal brackets or marquee clients. Ananta Partners was established to address this gap by offering high-level advice and a committed, hands-on presence throughout the transaction.”
