Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of corporate secretarial and compliance tasks under the Companies Act, 2013. Key duties include:
- Handling corporate secretarial and compliance matters.
- Preparing documents for Board and Shareholder meetings, including notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Managing Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and other statutory requirements.
- Conducting secretarial due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Assisting with corporate transactions, restructuring, and providing advisory services.
- Liaising with clients and regulatory authorities regarding compliance issues.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and providing compliance advisory support.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, along with excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
