Distinct Origins Private Limited, which operates under the brand name Manam Chocolate, recently secured a $9 million investment led by Omnivore Agritech & Climate Sustainability Fund 3, with additional backing from the Turmor consortium. DSK Legal played a pivotal role by advising Omnivore during this fundraising round. The law firm provided comprehensive support, conducting due diligence on Manam Chocolate, drafting the Share Subscription Agreements and Shareholders’ Agreement, and facilitating the preparation of all necessary documents to meet conditions precedent and finalize the transaction. Additionally, the firm offered secretarial services essential for the deal’s completion.
